  • Ember & Eve is a multi-disciplinary studio specializing in visual storytelling. The core services provided include:

    • Visual Identity

    • Packaging Design

    • Custom Website Design

    Art is Love! Custom digital illustrations are also available upon request for projects requiring a bespoke, hand-crafted touch.

  • A complete visual identity project typically spans 30 to 40 days. This duration ensures the brand is built from the ground up with intentionality, allowing sufficient time for research, conceptualization, and refinement. Every detail is carefully considered to ensure the final identity is both cohesive and meaningful, avoiding a rushed process in favor of quality and strategic depth.

  • The journey from concept to creation is handled with a structured, collaborative approach to ensure the final result is both beautiful and strategic.

    1. The Discovery Call: Once a project is booked, a dedicated call is scheduled to dive deep into the project goals, brand values, and vision.

    2. Visual Research: A collaborative Pinterest board is established to align on the aesthetic direction and "mood" of the project.

    3. Concept Development: The studio transitions into the design phase, translating the research into tangible concepts.

    4. The Presentation: A thorough presentation of the design concepts is delivered, showcasing how the visual elements work in real-world applications.

    5. Refinement & Feedback: A review meeting is held to discuss the designs. Any necessary revisions are implemented promptly to ensure the project remains on schedule.

    6. Final Handover: Once approved, the final "Launch Kit" is delivered. The Branding Kit is a curated folder containing all finalized files, organized and ready for immediate use.

  • To make the investment more manageable, project payments are typically split into a structured schedule. A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure a spot on the studio calendar and begin the discovery phase. The remaining 50% is due upon project completion, prior to the delivery of final files or the website launch.

    For larger, multi-phase projects (such as a combined Branding and Website package), custom payment installments can be arranged to align with specific project milestones.
